This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were able to check in a bit early even though the room was not quite ready. It was ready in about an hour and were able to have access to the room. The breakfasts were typical hotel fare. The hot things were hot and so on. Checking out was quick and simple. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again if/when in the Jackson area.

The receptionists were helpful and kind. The room was very clean, very comfortable beds, clean bathroom, nice and hot shower. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and hot tub. We stayed at this hotel because our bus broke down and this was the closest hotel. There were 50+ of us. Some adults and lots of kids. They were very patient and accommodating. Our bus was supposed to pick us up at 2 pm so they extended our check out time but the bus did not show up so we stayed in the lounge taking the area completely! They were very understanding and never complained. I really appreciate their kindness, attention and support. I highly recommend this place!!!
We have been on the road for a week traveling from California so hotel expenses have been horrific to say to the least, and you have the common expression “you get what you pay for” but that wasn’t the case here. I was worried at first with the amazing value and my thought was “there must be something off” because usually that is the case, but I could not be more happy I even cried. I not only felt safe with my daughter, but had the best sleep in over a week. It was conveniently right off the freeway, in a real quiet area. Rooms were clean too! Breakfast was incredible and because I slept so good I overslept and missed breakfast, but the front desk clerk was so kind and let my daughter and I still eat. we do this road trip yearly and you have a repeat customer with us. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and making us feel safe and welcome.
We needed to stay one night while traveling west. This hotel was perfect! Clean and friendly. Kids loved the pool. Surprisingly quiet being next to the intestate and we loved the black out shades. Breakfast was the usual continental and was decent. Staff was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay again.
Easy to get to right off the interstate and was a great find for an overnight stay on our drive! Very reasonably priced, incredibly clean in the common areas and our room, and the front desk gentleman who checked us in was super kind and quick and treated our kiddos to some treats while we were getting checked in. There are a few food stops and gas stations all close by, they have a regular nice little free breakfast too!
You almost have to walk into their automatic doors before they open. And I wish their breakfast hours ran later than 9 AM, as our bodies were still on Pacific time so it felt like 6:45 AM when we woke up. Too late to get breakfast. But really everything was fine,nice quiet room and comfy bed
The front desk was friendly when we walked in. Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was they typical hotel breakfast (waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, toast). Great location right off of 90. Small downtown of Jackson had a few good eaterys within 5 min of hotel.
